We strive to ensure you are offered only unencumbered physical precious metals such as gold bullion at the lowest fees that also display the narrowest price spreads on our global marketplaces.
To this end we have provided you with the ability to gain fee discounts for when you buy gold or silver and platinum bullion that last for the lifetime of your Holding with GoldVu to ensure that you and your family continue to benefit from using us now and into the future.
Furthermore, once a fee discount band has been achieved and applied to your Central Holding it will not be changed back if you no longer sit within that particular discount parameter. In effect this means that your discounts when you buy gold or silver bullion, are one-way.
If you know your new investment places you in a new discount band when you buy gold or silver and platinum bullion, then please contact us prior to placing your purchase order to allow us to pre-adjust your fees because we are unable to backdate them.

* Only your total value of purchases throughout the lifetime of your Central Holding contributes to the cumulative investment value. Any changes in the price metal after it's bought does not affect this, it is only your original cash value investment that is considered.
# The size of discount cannot be guaranteed and it will depend upon the value of your investment. This discount is derived from negotiations with the wholesale bullion markets which are not under GoldVu's control.

The storage discount has been designed to be mutually beneficial.
^ Your custodial storage fees are calculated at a daily rate based upon your holding’s currently applied annual fee as at 5pm local market time.
+ Discount is applied to your current annual custodial storage fee and you only get it applied once, no matter how many times you visit. The fee is applied after your first confirmed visit and private viewing of your holdings.
Discounts (and subsequently your new fees) are applied by us at least once a day usually between the hours of 19:00-06:00 GMT.
If you think that your Central Holding should have a different fee applied to what you currently have, please contact GoldVu during our business hours and we will be happy to effect any such required changes.
However, GoldVu cannot accept liability and or responsibility for the late application of fees and we aren't able backdate them.
